Wholly unprofessional.I lost a days pay waiting for an Able gas engineer to show up and 1 hour into the allotted time frame for the appointment I get a message simply saying to book for another time 5 days hence.

DO NOT USE THIS ORGANISATION, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR COST TO YOU FOR THEIR ACTIONS.

There is no option to speak directly to company management when complaining for what was really poor treatment so avoid at all costs.Any business that is unconcerned whey their actions cost the customer money is not to be trusted.

Review about: The Able Group Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Any part of my experience with able group.
